This policy explains what personal information SB Trophies collects when you use this website or place an order, why we need it and how we look after it. We only collect what we need to make and hand over your order, and we never sell your information.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address, and your club or company name if you give it.
- Your order details, including the products you choose, the engraving or printing text, the date you need the order by and any notes you add.
- Any logo or artwork files you upload with your order.
- Anything you send us through the contact form, by email, by phone or on social media.
- If you create an account, your login details and order history.
Card payments are handled by SumUp. Your card details go straight to SumUp and are never seen or stored by us.
Why we use it
- To make your order, contact you about it (for example to check wording or artwork) and let you know when it is ready to collect. We need this to carry out our contract with you.
- To answer your questions and quote for work. This is in our legitimate interest in running the shop.
- To keep sales records for tax and accounting, which the law requires.
We do not send marketing emails, and we do not use your information for automated decision making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need:
- SumUp, to take card payments.
- SiteGround, who host this website and store order information on secure servers.
- Our email provider, to send and receive order emails.
- Trusted suppliers, only where needed to fulfil your order.
We may also share information if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
- Order records are kept for six years, as required for tax purposes.
- Uploaded logos and artwork are kept with your order so we can make repeat orders to match. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.
- Contact form messages and emails are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry.
Cookies
This website only uses the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering what is in your basket and keeping you logged in to your account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred to someone else. Some records, such as sales records, must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete them. To make a request, email sbtrophiescx@aol.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please talk to us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
